CANCELLATIONS
Tulipchairs.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or non-serviceable pin code. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been levied. In the event the payment has been processed by tulipchairs.in the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.
Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
RETURNS
Our products go through a rigorous quality check process before it is dispatched to the customer. There is no compromise on quality and we strive to give our customers complaint-free service. All products will meet the quality measures and description as mentioned in the website.
Our products are generally non-returnable with the following exceptions, where the product needs to fulfill certain conditions to qualify for a return. Our team will evaluate the said product and confirm if it qualifies for a return.
Return will be approved only in the following conditions:
- Colour / Product mismatch i.e., received a different colour/product than what was ordered.
- Product not as described in the website.
- Manufacturing defect, which will be evaluated by our team to confirm the same.
- Damaged in transit for which images of packaging damages to be provided to confirm the same.
- The product is the same that was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in original, unused condition with complete packaging as received during delivery.
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
